- Hello there!
-
- Please help!!! I have been trying to install tcp/ip package from IBM
- on a 486/33 - 16MB computer connected to Novell server running 3.11. The
- Ethernet card is SMC's ELITE16 series card and it goes togather with
- some drivers for os/2 (*.sys and *.os2). With Netware stuff it works
- fine with the server accessing all servers drives and services. In
- this case I use *.sys driver. When I installed the TCP/IP stuff with
- the *.os2 driver, I gained access to the Internet but Neteware drivers
- would not work. I tried to intall both *.sys and *.os2 drivers for the
- Ethernet card and it did well til the time I tried to run TCPSTART.CMD.
- At this point I had to push the Rest button....
-
- Under DOS everything is just fine, so I think there must be a way to make
- it working under os/2 as well. How do I do it? Any help will be appreciated.
