- Correct. You need the OS/2 version of Stacker. Contact Stac
- Electronics to ask about participation in their beta program and/or
- whether the product is ready yet. Or you can use DCF/2, from
- Proportional Software, another OS/2 on-the-fly disk compression
- package.

- You can leave your stacked drive intact, but you won't be able to read
- it from within OS/2 unless you use Stacker OS/2. (Of course, I guess
- you could say it can work the other way. OS/2 has HPFS, which DOS
- can't read, because DOS doesn't understand long filenames.)
