- Two items I noticed. My system has been TRAP D'ng the whole
- day, forcing me to reset. While running a DOS window, I get an
- SWAPPER FULL message. I went and checked and it was 20 meg!!! After
- I closed the window, I did a proper shutdown and it returned to 1 meg
- in size. Bug??
-
- Also, IBM seemed to changed the way auto chkdsk is done. In 2.0GA,
- it was done before the drivers were installed from CONFIG.SYS. Now,
- it is after. How I noticed this is while my system was coming up,
- it could not find the SCSI drivers for my CDROM. After hitting ENTER
- to continue, it runs chkdsk and then it installes the CDROM IFS,
- and since there are no SCSI drivers loaded, no CDROM.
- Those with CDROMs, hit the reset key and see if its just me. :-)
