- If I may, as a general comment, suggest that is it *always*
- preferable to install fresh than to attempt to install over a
- previous version.

- I have yet to see a good install-new-keep-old upgrade
- on a PC. Win30-->31 was a mess, OS/2's beta 2.0 ---> GA
- wasn't so hot, either. It may say that you can do it, but
- you're probably going to be better off if you spend the extra
- hour or two and just install fresh and configure.
