  21.     If I may, as a general comment, suggest that is it *always*
  22.     preferable to install fresh than to attempt to install over a 
  23.     previous version.

  25.     I have yet to see a good install-new-keep-old upgrade
  26.     on a PC.  Win30-->31 was a mess, OS/2's beta 2.0 ---> GA
  27.     wasn't so hot, either.  It may say that you can do it, but
  28.     you're probably going to be better off if you spend the extra
  29.     hour or two and just install fresh and configure.
