  21. It's the OS/2 equivalent of "Non system disk -- insert another."
  22. There are a few possible explanations.  One of the more likely is that
  23. you simply have a bad disk.  Use DISKCOPY (under DOS, even) to see if
  24. the disk is corrupt.  If you can copy it successfully, it should be
  25. OK.
