- Perfectly normal (except for the mad scrolling, of course). What is
- happening is that, for whatever reason, your monitor is unable to sync
- to the image your video adapter is generating.

- To try and remedy the situation, get ahold of your ATI setup utility.
- This should be located on a diskette that came with your system.
- Configure your ATI adapter so that it does not use above 72 Hz
- noninterlaced in 8514/A mode. Verify that all modes sync properly to
- your monitor. Then save these settings. Then repeat your
- installation. If installation fails again, try some different
- settings using the ATI utility.
