- I am also having problems getting my modem to transfer at high speed.
- Here is my configuration:
- 386/33 OS/2 v2.0 GA
- PC Logic 14,4 fax/modem on COM3, IRQ5, 16550AF UART
- mouse on COM1, nothing on COM2
- using SIO.SYS and VSIO.SYS (3,03e8,5)
- MODE.COM COM3:19200,N,8,1
- running Telix and Telemate (baud rate set to 9600)
- connecting at 9600 to a Sparc
- using Ymodem batch (have also used Xmodem and Zmodem)
- getting 300cps on up/down loads
-
- Any further ideas? I followed the recent discussion on setting up com
- ports and have tried what was recommended there (except using native
- OS/2 software). I get the same when my machine is booted under DOS.
