  17. I am also having problems getting my modem to transfer at high speed.
  18. Here is my configuration: 
  19.     386/33 OS/2 v2.0 GA
  20.     PC Logic 14,4 fax/modem on COM3, IRQ5, 16550AF UART
  21.     mouse on COM1, nothing on COM2
  22.     using SIO.SYS and VSIO.SYS (3,03e8,5)
  23.     MODE.COM COM3:19200,N,8,1
  24.     running Telix and Telemate (baud rate set to 9600)
  25.     connecting at 9600 to a Sparc
  26.     using Ymodem batch (have also used Xmodem and Zmodem)
  27.     getting 300cps on up/down loads

  29. Any further ideas? I followed the recent discussion on setting up com
  30. ports and have tried what was recommended there (except using native
  31. OS/2 software). I get the same when my machine is booted under DOS.
