- The market seems to be color-crazy at the moment, and it seems that
- that is the reason that IBM has focused on the 256 color drivers
- first. (Yes, we all know it imposes a significant speed penalty in
- text windows, although there are some steps that can be taken to
- alleviate the problem.)

- However, I expect you'll see Trident step in with some 16-color
- alternatives if IBM doesn't do it first. Feel free to voice your
- opinion on this -- Trident does seem to be reasonably responsive.
