  13. Since installing the SP, my system has become less stable.  The
  14. most common cause of lock-up is when I move an icon on the desktop.

  16. It doesn't always happen, but often enough to be a problem.  Sometimes
  17. I can barely move an icon, other times I manage to move it across the
  18. screen.  When this has happened, I've waited up to 10 minutes for
  19. something to happen.  I am unable to bring up the Window List.  Hitting
  20. the RESET button is the only fix.

  22. Once the system has rebooted, the icon is sometimes in its original
  23. position.  Other times it is in an unexpected position.

  25. I have a 20MHz 386SX, AMI BIOS, 210MB IDE drive, 8MB RAM, Swan
  26. SVGA card (1MB), 800x600x256 drivers (from the SP).
