  13. I'm looking for some shareware programs for icon editing that is better 
  14. than the one that comes with os/2.  I would like one where you can get a
  15. screen full of what the icons look like and select one to edit, delete
  16. move around etc.  
  17. Also looking for a file to touch the file dates of files.  I have touch.com
  18. for dos but it won't work in os/2 for some reason.
