- I received multiple copies of Oct PDK after multiple calls
- to the distribution center complaining about not getting it within
- 3 weeks of my original order. They had screwed up the expiration
- date on my credit card.
-
- Then, two or three days after I ordered the Nov PDK,
- I got a call from some super(?)visor who informed me that my credit
- card authorization had bounced on the Nov order. They had the same
- wrong expiration date as on the earlier order though I had given
- them the correct date. (I was being very careful by then.) I was
- surprised at the time of my second order that I would have to give
- them all of the application info again.
-
- The supervisor then promised me that since I had so many
- problems with the first order then the second order (all their problems,
- none mine) he would expedite shipment of the Nov CD. It took more
- than two weeks to get it to me.
-
- I recently ordered the OS/2 2.1beta CD and called back the
- next day to see if the credit card had cleared and they couldn't
- tell me. They did have a record of my order but said it took three
- or more days for the authorizations to show up.
-
- I think they are a totally incompetent contract organization
- not worthy of doing business for IBM.
