- Sorry, Danielle. You should have stayed where you were. This software is awful.
- Even the tech I spoke to this morning, that gave me a credit back for the $99
- that i threw up on this Sytos garbage, agreed that CMS would have done a much
- better job. I've been a loyal Colorado customer for over 5 years now with no
- less than 10 CMS drives. The software has always been adequate at the least and
- the hardware support has always been top notch as well. This Sytos software is
- an embarrassment to your company. Ditch those incompetants and devote some
- staff to your own version. As of this writing, CMS has no plans to write an
- OS/2 driver for their drives. Change that quickly!

- I called and called to beta test their software yet there was no widespread
- beta test. As a matter of fact i was told all beta testing was being done "in
- house." Which house, the outhouse?

- Yeah, how soon will the credit go through? You should pull this program from
- distribution and go back to the drawing board. I'm sorrier than anyone, don't
- get me wrong. I'm just very disappointed that this was what we waited for.
- It's time to start looking at BackMaster due out in about a month.
- BTW, the os/2 driver rumbles my A drive everytime i access the tape drive.
- That is a known bug that should not be there.
