  15. Sorry, Danielle. You should have stayed where you were. This software is awful.
  16. Even the tech I spoke to this morning, that gave me a credit back for the $99
  17. that i threw up on this Sytos garbage, agreed that CMS would have done a much
  18. better job. I've been a loyal Colorado customer for over 5 years now with no 
  19. less than 10 CMS drives. The software has always been adequate at the least and 
  20. the hardware support has always been top notch as well. This Sytos software is 
  21. an embarrassment to your company. Ditch those incompetants and devote some 
  22. staff to your own version. As of this writing, CMS has no plans to write an 
  23. OS/2 driver for their drives. Change that quickly!

  47. Yeah, how soon will the credit go through? You should pull this program from 
  48. distribution and go back to the drawing board. I'm sorrier than anyone, don't 
  49. get me wrong. I'm just very disappointed that this was what we waited for.
  50. It's time to start looking at BackMaster due out in about a month.
  51. BTW, the os/2 driver rumbles my A drive everytime i access the tape drive.
  52. That is a known bug that should not be there.
