  20. The problem is that OS/2 2.0 treats removable hard drives as floppies
  21. and MS-DOS treats them as hard drives. In order for OS/2 to share data
  22. with DOS or to use HPFS on removable drives you need to get LOCKDRV.FLT
  23. which is available on our BBS and CompuServe and may be available on the
  24. net somewhere. The only penalty you pay is that swapping media can only
  25. be done after shutting down. If you want to swap media and don't need to
  26. share data with DOS, run FORMAT under OS/2 and everything should be
  27. fine.
