  15. I like to have my disk displays in "details" mode. If you do this to your C:
  16. or system drive under the 2.1 beta the rest of your disks will also switch to
  17. "details" mode - and so will the desktop the next time you start your system!

  19. Nothing you can do will change the desktop back to icon mode except:
  20.  
  21. Change your c: drive back to icon mode and shutdown and re-start your system.
  22. Just to be safe, I also changed my D: drive back as well (changing the C:
  23. drive back to "icon" did not automatically change the D: drive back......so I
  24. thought it best to change them both)
