  37. Nope, we are talking about the Trident board. Trident has written many
  38. drivers in the past that require 1024kb of video memory, even though
  39. 800x600x256 can fit in 512kb. 800x600x256 drivers for 512kb cards will
  40. probably roll out later. This is beta stuff, after all.

  42. (In the past Trident drivers for 800x600x256 were faster with 1024kb, and
  43. the 512kb drivers were slower. I think Trident is doing some nifty 
  44. things with the video memory bank addressing)
