  21. No it isn't.  I tried it with my ATI VGA Wonder (512K), and it didn't
  22. work very well.  The 800x600 mode didn't work at all, and the 640x480
  23. mode was completely out of synch.  Oh well ... I got a Trident 8900c
  24. for $45 (american), and Bob's my uncle.
