- FTP a program called STARTD.ZIP from hobbes. It is a small utility that
- lets you start things off the os/2 command line, with a special .ini for
- that session. In that ini file can be any bit of the configuration in the
- 'dos settings' part of OS/2 - you will be able to use that to specify no
- EMS and no XMS, I'm not too sure whether you will be able to stop it from
- loading the config.sys though, i doubt it.
