  24. FTP a program called STARTD.ZIP from hobbes. It is a small utility that
  25. lets you start things off the os/2 command line, with a special .ini for
  26. that session. In that ini file can be any bit of the configuration in the
  27. 'dos settings' part of OS/2 - you will be able to use that to specify no
  28. EMS and no XMS, I'm not too sure whether you will be able to stop it from
  29. loading the config.sys though, i doubt it.
