- I should add that just because they see it doesn't mean anything will happen
- because of it, regardless of the severity of the issue. I can remember when
- 2.0 was in beta and there was a huge stink about the lack of Hercules mono
- drivers for those people with those cards and 20" monitors (since a mono
- monitor of that size is *so* much cheaper than a color one). I went so far
- as to call the 1-800 number during the Fall Comdex announcement of OS/2 2.0
- and ask Lee Reiswig what he was going to do about it. Now, I'm not knocking
- on what he has done, because he has done a helluva job, but we all see what
- became of this particular issue.

- I find it hard to believe that IBM continues to ignore a network as large as
- the Internet, but then again, I also found it hard to believe that it took
- them so long to get any marketing going so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
