  30. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I'm running virtually the same  
  31. software and I have none of these problems (actually, one minor difference:  
  32. I'm running UUPC 1.11v, and I've also run with version 1.11q). I would  
  33. suspect a configuration problem somewhere along the line. I've used both the  
  34. system editor as well as gnu emacs for my editor, and both work as expected.  
  35. Since I run OS/2 on my home machine, I'm often mailing news articles to my  
  36. office account, and it works smooth as silk.
