  16. I sent a reply to ATI support to the message forwarded from them.  I'll 
  17. post any interesting replies here.

  19. One point in ATI's letter is interesting -- that IBM hasn't released
  20. the development kit yet.  Last I heard, the problem (for 16-bit seamless
  21. drivers at least) was that IBM's sample code was modified from
  22. Microsloth drivers, and the MS lawyers wouldn't let IBM distribute it.
  23. Why doesn't IBM just release the 'diffs' for the samples then, and let
  24. those who already have the sample driver code apply the diffs themselves?
  25. (I believe sample was a modified Windows display driver, so the original
  26. should be in the Windows DDK)
