- But I'm in Canada, and here MicroSoft Canada required me to join
- CompuServe when beta testing Windows 3.1, which meant Microsoft Canada
- was cut out of the picture....
-
- And IBM Canada often refers the problems on to the US anyway, as that
- is where the specific product is supported... and the other way
- around, when IBM Canada is the support facility. So what does
- CompuServe have to do with it? BTW, can anyone tell me how to cancel
- out of CompuServe when I cannot even remember my customer account
- number with them?
-
- Someone mentioned the OS/2 2.1 beta in today's postings.... When can I
- get it in Canada, and who do I call? I do NOT want it on CD ROM, BTW.
- 10% of the North American user base is NORTH of the US border, and I
- figure we deserve the right to provide out 2 (Canadian) cents worth on
- Betas as well as all you southerners. We'll end up buying 10% or more
- of it in the end... (or will we?????)
