  13. I have a single OS2 2.0 machine in a big cluster of unix boxes.  The
  14. os2 machine has tcpip for os2 installed.  I'm trying to figure out how
  15. I can do remote printing from word for windows to a unix box running
  16. lpd.  I have so far been unable to even output a postscript file from
  17. this program.  (the os2 machine does not have a printer attached)
  18.  
  19. a seconday problem that i'm running into is a "ghost printer object"
  20. that I tried to delete but did not completely delete.  the bitmap for
  21. the icon is gone, so is the device driver, but the title below the
  22. icon remains and a dotted outline shows up if i click on it.  dragging
  23. the object to the shredder doesn't do it.  how can i get rid of it
  24. for good?
