  16. Maybe this will help a little. John Soyring (Director of Software
  17. Development Programs for Personal Software) found out about this and is working
  18. to get with the right people and straighten this out.

  20. For what it's worth, IBM's still not exactly small, and sometimes the
  21. left and right hand don't always talk to each other. The good news is
  22. that your complaints are getting very direct, unfiltered exposure to
  23. the people who can fix it.
