  29. My best advice is to attempt to buy ONE new chip of the same brand and specs
  30. as you now have and try swapping out your chips one at a time -- if you find
  31. one that causes the system to work when it is replaced, it's the bad one
  32. and you should then have substantial reason to expect your money back for it.
