  21. You are correct, that is exactly what it is looking for.  The whole EMX
  22. development system is available via anonymous ftp from ftp-os2.nmsu.edu
  23. in the directory /pub/os2/2.0/programming/emx-0.8e .  You probably need
  24. to get emxdev.zip, but it may be in emxlib.zip, I forget (I think
  25. emxlib.zip only contains source, but I can't remember).  Hope this helps
