  11. I just downloaded GNUSED.ZIP from ftp-os2.nmsu.edu.  When I try to
  12. run sed, I get an error "Can't find EMXLIBC".  Now I suspect this is
  13. the EMX C Library DLL, but I don't know for sure.  Its not in the SED
  14. Zipfile and I can find no reference to it.

  16. Can some kind soul tell me where this file is located?  Thanks.
