  10. I have just returned the CMS software that i d/l last night. It is buggy
  11. to say the least. Proprietary format is not what i needed. The driver
  12. accesses and grinds my A drive everytime i attempt to read or write
  13. the tape drive. I couldn't get a volume directory after a full backup
  14. in order to test the restore capabilities. Save your $99 and wait a month
  15. for the Backmaster version which will be QIC 40 and 80 format. So I'm
  16. told anyway. I would like to see the software be a command line utility
  17. rather than a pm app. If the system crashes, I really don't want to install
  18. GA and the SP just to backup. I want to be able to boot OS/2 via floppy
  19. and run the tape software then. Back to the drawing board. For those of you
  20. familiar with the quality of CMS products, you can immediately see that this
  21. is not their product. Quite a shame.
