  28. This is documented. The author says it is a palette manager bug. It makes
  29. sense as setting the SAVEBITS (sp?) option for the menus should make the
  30. redraw automatic by PM. Thus any problems are most likely to be PM. An
  31. alternative would be to leave that setting off the menus and thus a
  32. WM_PAINT would be generated for the areas concerned and the GIF viewer
  33. could handle the palette.
