  18. Programmer.win32 makes sense (for now) vs programmer.nt because they are
  19. (supposedly) similar.
  20. What we need, however, is a comp.os.NT or whatever. NT is not windows,
  21. I for one have little interest in picking through windows crud looking for 
  22. NT news.
