- I am trying to use TCP/IP to reach UNIX host from my Windows NT machine
- (486DX2/55Mhz, 16MB RAM, IBM Token-Ring adapter, october SDK).
- I have followed all the installation steps described in the "TCPIP" manual and
- everything has gone fine.
-
- When I try to ping my local machine (or any machine) I get the following
- message:
- failed to open stream to IP
- IP handshake error
-
- Any ideas ?
-
- Thanks in advance.
