  11. TDW complains about not being able to load the file 'windebug.dll'
  12. when I try to debug in Windows.  I copied the file from my 
  13. \borlandc\bin directory to my \windows and \windows\system dirs, I
  14. cannot think of anything else besides the realization that this file
  15. might be bad in which case I would have to re-install the compiler.
