- I'm not the guru but I did ask the same question recently and received a
- reply from schung@kilroy.jpl.nasa.gov (dont go pestering him though) and a
- copy of toolbar.zip from the /pub/pc/win3/programr direcotry at
- ftp.cica.indiana.edu.
