- : HELP :
- :
- : On occasion I get an "Unable to write to AUX" message in Windows 3.1. I can't
- : find any reference to such a message in the Windows Resource Reference(s)
- : and related documentation.
- :
- : I have AMI Bios (1990?), 386/33, 4Meg Ram, serial ports, INTEL MathCo.
- :
- : The problem started after I got the serial cards installed. The original
- : installation screwed up the INTs and used the wrong adrses (i.e. COM1=COM2=COM3).
- :
- : Any help appreciated.
- :
- : Thanks in advance,

- This message usually pop's up when you're running the Windows Kernel in
- debug mode. If I do that, and try to access the scanner connected to a
- SCSI card, I get the same message.
