  13. Q : I have run some tests that show I can get about 2mb/sec out of
  14.        my hard disk controller on my EISA machine under DOS. I have
  15.        written a simple Windows 3.1 app that is showing that I can't
  16.        get anymore than 350kb/sec on the same machine. What can I
  17.        do to improve the through put under Windows. Please get 
  18.        creative. I would like to come as close to 2mb/sec as possible?
