- I have to agree that the statement was taken out of context, to say the
- least. It would be similar to asking how you can run DOS without running
- a specific program.

- Now for something constructive: Has anyone had any success with those
- accellerator cards for Windows? I, myself, would believe that a new
- video card with larger memory would be the answer, however there might
- be some using the accellerator cards with success. At any rate, one
- of those answers would probably point the original poster in the
- right direction.
