- One program I have seen that can do the job is the Microsoft mouse driver.
- The latest version I have seen is 8.20.
- It comes with a setup program that allows to change the default size of
- the cursor and the size of the cursor when it moves. Another feature is
- the Raster Operation that is used: SourceCopy, ExclusiveOr, and both
- Inverse version.
- If it's hard to find I can mail you a uuencoded file.
- (I am not sure it works with Windows 3.1, it did with Windows 3.0)
