  16. Bummer.  I have the problem every now and again, but I also use
  17. wuarchive.wustl.edu which mirrors cica and many many many other places.
  18. It accepts 200 anonymous logins @ a time.  Between the two I almost
  19. never get locked out for more than 10 minutes.
