  14.   Pardon me if this is not appropriate for this group.

  16.  I am looking for a utility that will record key strokes at the
  17. lowest possible level (close to the INt 9 keyboard interrupt), and
  18. should play them back ... and importantly must preserve the timing
  19. between the keystrokes. I sure I would not have to reinvent this
  20. wheel !
