- I would like to use the Superstor copy I get with my new portable on
- my desktop computer. Before that, I want to be sure it is reliable.
- Since I develop programs on the desktop, obviously, from time to time
- the system crashes. This happens with Word for Windows too and in
- other circunstances. I mean, this is normal (who can develop a program
- with DOS and C/C++ and never get any crash anyway?).
-
- My question is: if my program is writing on disk at that time (I want
- to develop a textual database which will read/write at random places)
- and am likely to put some vital files on the compressed disk), at that
- time when PC fails, can I/will I likely lose the disk?
-
- Superstor and Stacker will probably do the same. Are they safe
- for developping on a compressed disk?
