  13. Sorry if this is a FAQ, but I've not read this group before...

  15. I have a PC with 2 serial ports on the motherboard, and a 
  16. 2400 bps modem (internal).

  18. My current setup is :

  20. Com1 (9pin)    -    Mouse driver
  21. COM2 (25)    -    disabled (in the CMOS setup)
  22. Modem        -    COM2
  23.  
  24. I'd like to be able to use the 25 pin COM2, plus use the internal 2400 modem.

  26. I FTP a lot of files for my old commodore stuff, and would rather use the 
  27. 25 pin serial to transfer to it rather than linking the two systems via modem
  28. (which I have done).

  30. The internal modem can be set to com1 thru com4.  The two built in ports are
  31. fixed at com1 and com2.
