- ok, I run a BBS. And I've had infect software uploaded to my BBS. (mostly
- from window software. Unicom was uploaded 3 different times, and each
- copy was infected by 3 different virus! go figure)
- My point? I've never bumbed anyone off my board for uploading a infected
- program. (I knew these people which helped a great deal in the trust department
- =) But I feel it is my DUTY as a sysop to scan for virus ourselves!
- There are so many thingsa going around, its hard for an accident not to happen.
-
- I run a free/shareware board only, and I enjoy the friendly enviroment that
- I've created on my BBS. Now, it might be different for pirate boards, I
- wouldn't know. I guess criminals have lower standards.
