  10. Is Microsoft going to user(for lack of a better term)-written servers
  11. or publish the interface between the servers and the NT executive.  Is
  12. the interface well-defined or was it determined in an ad-hoc fashion
  13. that arose as Microsft implemented their servers?

  15. I have been reading the "Inside Windows NT" book, which is pretty good.
  16. However, as the author admits, it doesn't get really technical.  Does
  17. anyone know if anything more technical will be printed?

  19. From what I have read so far it looks interesting (very Mach-like and
  20. seems to be just as much a microkernel ;-), but if Microsoft only
  21. provide Windows, DOS and POSIX servers, then it doesn't look as nice.
