- While I don't run the Intel version of Minix (I have AmigaMinix), I would
- find it very distasteful to have to purchase software I don't need just
- to get software I do need. I have an extreme disinterest in ever owning,
- let alone using a Pascal or Modula-2 compiler. I have programmed in
- Pascal professionally; I was paid several thousand dollars for a few weeks
- work...I hated every minute of it. I do not speak from ignorance but
- from experience. Pascal is a weenie language! If I'd wanted bondage and
- discipline, I'd have picked up the phone and dialed a 1-900 number :-)

- Why can't the distributor offer any individual compiler for price $X and
- all three for a price < $3*X? Even saving $50 by not buying software
- I don't need or want would be worth it.
