  28. The only problem with this is the price - they US version is $199 - I paid
  29. much less than this for the entire PH 1.5 distribution. Something seems
  30. strange about having to buy a $199 C compiler in order to upgrade from 1.5 to
  31. the most recent version of 1.6 - if this is the case, then the 1.6 upgrade
  32. should also be available as pre-compiled binaries/libraries/boot_disk.
