  15.     Is there is an elegant way to alternate listening and
  16.     speeking on same line?.
  17.     Did somebody implemente something "a la FAS driver" methode?,
  18.     if not, could somebody suggeste to me how to avoid uugetty 
  19.     to lock the line when in waiting mode (the modem is in
  20.     "silent running mode").

  22.     I know! I could "patch something" :-}} by enabling and disabling
  23.     line in /etc/inittab, but I considere that methode as 
  24.     really cumbersome!
