- Linus recently posted that a number of 0.99.2 compile problems were caused
- by bad include files. I would just like to say that a number of people have
- asked me for assistance compiling some code (not kernel) and the fault has
- often laid with strange files in the linux include files from SLS releases
- (Old ones Peter!) Please make sure that all the files in
- x/y/linux/src/include are from the latest kernel release and there is a
- symlink from /usr/include/linux to x/y/src/linux/include/linux. And from
- /usr/include/asm to x/y/src/linux/include/asm
-
- Hope this helps
