  12. After using groff, I got the following message.

  14. $groff -man uucp.1
  15. groff: Filed assertion at line 2921, file 'node.c'
  16. /usr/bin/groff: gtroff: IOT trap/abort
  17. $

  19. This was happening whan using 'man' also (since man calls groff).
  20.  
  21. After seeing this error, I rebooted, then the problem appeared
  22. to go away. This happened after updated to Linux .99 Patch 2.

  24. Anybody else see this?
