  41. I not exactly sure what your problem is but, are you sure that
  42. you told lilo what partition root is on (i.e. linux=/Image,/dev/hda1
  43. or something similiar to that).

  45. The first time I tried using lilo, I got the same error because it
  46. was looking for linus's root partition in the wrong spot.
