  15. I have put out a posting locally at my university asking
  16. people who are using linux or interested in doing so to
  17. send me email. I am interested in getting local linux
  18. users together to share info/files/etc, increasing the
  19. 'linux awareness' of the community, and maybe
  20. setting up a mirror of the SLS package for FTP.
  21.  
  22. I am certain this have been done in many other
  23. institutions around the world, so I am asking
  24. for people's advice on what sort of activites
  25. are popular to local linux groups.  Any 
  26. success/failure stories would help!
