  13.     First of all, I would like to congratulate he would
  14. wrote the config script for compiling the kernel...it is excellent.

  16.     Now, the reason for this post (as all my posts have had
  17. reasons *smile*):

  19.     Few things in the config script that it asks me that I'm 
  20. not quite sure how to answer:

  22.     What is:
  23.         kernel math emulation (co-processor emulation?)
  24.         kernel profiling support?
  25.         /proc filesystem support?

  27.     Also...is there some way of my compiling this kernel and
  28. slapping it onto the install diskettes so that I can configure it on 
  29. my 'test' machine and use it to install onto my good machine?
